Thank you for shopping with OG Organic. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 1. Returns You can request a return within [7/10/15/30] days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be: Unused and in original condition In its original packaging With proof of purchase (invoice/order number) Note: Certain items such as opened food products, personal care items, or customized goods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. 2. Refunds Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. Non-refundable items include: Used or damaged items Items missing parts or packaging Sale or discounted items (optional) 3. Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to request an exchange. 4. Damaged or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost. 5.
